4. User Content & Ownership
   Uploads: Anything you upload (e.g., photos, files) remains your property.
   Generated Outputs: Any images, enhancements, or transformations created using Portraly.app (“Generated Content”) remain the property of Company. You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display Generated Content, subject to the terms hereof.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
   You warrant that you own or have permission to use any content you upload. You may not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates IP laws.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
   Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws. By using the App, you authorize us to process your data as outlined in the policy.
7. Payment, Billing & Refunds (if applicable)
   Payments (e.g., for premium features) are processed through third-party providers. Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by law, typically within 14 days of purchase if minimal usage has occurred.
